Frequently asked questions

Updated May 2006 version 2.0

Q: Who are the SIB?

A: Um...read the FAQ: The SIB

Q: What do the SIB do?

A: The SIB protect all squirrels from Human interference by educating Humans and promoting Human awareness of animals as more than objects to be classified as either "cute", "useful", or "deadly".

Q: How do the SIB protect squirrels from Human interference?

A: Read the FAQ: Interspecies Law!

Q: I don't actually see a literal Mission Statement stated. Where is it?

A: Just read all of the FAQs. OK?

Q: How many SIB are there?

A: I am unable to disclose that information at this time.

Q: You sound like a nut.  Are you?

A: I am NOT a nut. I am a hamster.

Q: If I see a Human interfering with a squirrel, what do I do?

A: Bite the Human in the backside!

Throw a pinecone at the Human's head and then inform the Human that interfering with squirrel affairs is more than enough cause for SIB involvement.

Politely inform the Human that as with all wildlife, squirrels do best without Human interference.

Q: What do the SIB consider "Human interference"?

A: When a Human willfully makes direct or indirect physical contact with a squirrel; and/or when a Human directly or indirectly causes harm to a squirrel.
